She cares about flowers very much and shows no mercy to those who has destroyed some. She is very smart, smartest person in Soul Society probably. Story: (It is little weird because when Hanako lived there should have been swords and that kind of stuff but I hope your won't make a big deal about it)Hanako was born in Karakura Town. Her mother was a florist. Her father had a high spiritual power so her father was exterminating Hollows. Hanako believed her father because she also was able to see ghosts from the moment she was born. In school she had best grades and finished High School at the age of 10 because of her IQ. When she was around 11 years old she discovered secret Mafia's secret and was killed. When she was a ghost she barely escaped from Hollow but then Shinigami came and sent her to Soul Society. There she joined Shinigami Academy and was one of the best students. Soon he was invited to join 12th Division because of he good knowledge.
She was promoted to 6th seat when she joined. There were many other shinigami who were yellious because Hanako had achived her rank so quickly but everyone still treated her nicely. She trained under Liutenant. Liutenant was like a big brother to Hanako. After some hundred of years of training she had been promoted to 3th seat already. He didn't want to challenge Liutenant for the rank. After about 10 years Liutenant died through Hollow and Hanako gained the rank of Liutenant. Captain made him a huge gift, a humongous garden that is full of every kind of plant, even man eating. The garden is 1 square kilometer large. There were many monsters in garden also so it was perfect place for Hanako to train even tough she didn't kill even a single animal. Hanako often went to play hide and seek with other shinigami there but others often didn't come out and got lost, or were eaten by plants. After training 100 years more she achived Bankai but kept it a secret because some squads were missing captains and she didn't want to leave 12th Division.
When she got about 2000 years old the captain was expelled from Soul Society because captain went too far with experiments. She was promoted to 12th Division captain.
Fighting Style: She fights very carefully. She examines her opponent and then tries to trap him. If that doesn't do then she will kill opponent and take him/her to her lab.

Rp Sample: It was a sunny day in Soul Society. Hanako was playing in her huge garden. She was just running around with man eating plant. Man eating plants had sharp teeth and wanted to eat Hanako, but she only ran and laughed, green Zanpaktou on his belt. Suddenly she noticed the hell butterfly with a messega. There was a captain meeting. Hanako stopped and placed her hand towards man eating plant. Man Eating Plant stopped and listened what Hanako had to say.
"Sorry, have to go," Hanako said with cheerful voice and used Flash Steps to get into 1st squad barracks where the meeting was held.
After demostrating captain rank Flash Steps she had reached the barracks with under 10 seconds. Captain of 4th squad was also there. Hanako waved friendly to other captain and they both stepped into the barracks, thinking about what will the meeting be. Once they finally reached the meeting room all other captains were waiting there, well almost all. Captain of 7th squad was missing. Probably sleeping somewhere. Hanako and 4th Division captain took in line and started listening what the Head Captain had to say. Hanako was rather happy that there was a captain meeting because something interesting must have happened. Hanako stood in line with little smile on his face.
"Alright, listen up now!" Captain of 1st division shouted.
"We have 12 runaways. Vice Captain, if you would be so kind and give pictures to captains?" Vice Captain nodded and walked towards captains, pictures in hand. He gave every captain only one picture. All the captains were little surprised because of the things on the picture. Captain of 8th squad mumbled to himself
"We have to take down a cat?" Head captain heard it and shouted
"Silence! You must find them and bring them to my lov ... No I wanted to say very close friend!" Captains laughed quietly, even Hanako did what wasn't unusual
"Silence! AND GET GOING!" shouted 1st Division captain again. Everyone calmed down and used Flash Steps to find their target. Hanako's target was little black cat with red ribbon on her left ear.
'Sure is cute,' she thought to herself while still searching.
Hanako used all her tracking skills to find the cat. She was the smartest one after all. After about 3 minutes Hanako had found the cat. She grabbed the cat and used flash steps to get back into 1st Division barracks. As she toughed she was the first one to reach the place. It made her quite happy. She gave cat to Vice Captain and asked from Head Captain
"Is that all?" captain nodded and Hanako used Flash Steps to go back into 12th Division Barracks. She had lot of work to do after all because she had wasted most of her time on playing.
