Incantation: Rip out and scream to the northern skyes

Discription: The user must focus alot of Raishi into the finger tips as the users finger nails turn blood red, this indacates the the Kido is ready to be fired, once fired the kido looks like a shotgun blast of blood red balls flying at the opponent with intense speed
Range: 4-30 feet
