Shikai Special Ability:Abilities of Weapon:Shikai Special Ability: Its abilities apparently lies in the manipulation of blood, and is believed to possess multiple abilities. The abilities are activated by the verbal command "Sing" or "Scream" There are only two abilities that have been shown:
Chikasumi no Tate (血霞の盾, Blood Mist Shield): Benihime's defensive ability forms an oval-shaped "blood mist shield" in front of Cornelio. It is very powerful defensive.
Benihime's yet unnamed offensive ability fires crimson-colored energy blasts. He is also shown to control these blasts, and can even change the intensity of them.
Blood rain:Is one of the abilities, that you raise your sword pointing at the sky, and it sends a spiral formation of blood to the sky or clouds. The clouds or the dky get's darker and greyish, then immiedately blood like rain falls upon the field. If the rain touches the enemy they will be affected. Then the user gives the command "Scream" and it sends some kind of sound wave to the enemy which makes the blood vibrate and shake to even explode, is very strong if they are affected by a lot of rain.
